Autumn Wonderby NeilComment: Lovely long exposure. Those lovely water flow curves towards the bottom right look interesting. Combined with back-lit fall colors at the top and the yellow reflections in the water, I would probably appreciate this even more in full size. |

Looking Beyondby njsabsComment: Lovely portrait! Very nice lighting and an interesting pose. I would've liked a lighter background to make her hair stand out a bit more (or maybe more a bit more lighting on her hair?). |

Explorerby NiallOTuamaComment: Wow! Finding the fly in the chaos it seems to be in, and capturing it so sharply in such shallow DOF - must've been super hard. I would've tweaked the colors a little to make the fly's eyes standout more vibrantly, but it's a fantastic capture nonetheless. |

Low Findby MagnumphotographyComment: Beautiful shot! Although I would've liked a little more DOF for the bird, the bokeh is so creamy and lovely that I don't mind the shallow DOF. Saturating the reds a bit would've highlighted the ladybird that's about to become lunch :) Low Find is a Good Find :) |

The Totems at Monument Valleyby smichenerComment: Wonderful late evening light - the long shadows add a lot of depth to the pic. The beautiful patterns in the red soil are starting to come out. And the Totems do stand out (literally too :) Also like that the bottom is framed nicely by dry bush.
The sky color however, looks quite artificial. Looks something like the result of an 'auto-color' in PS. |

Fall Walkby Covert_OddityComment: Unique treatment on a fall colors pic - very different from the vibrant/oversaturated pics you usually see.
That, combined with the nicely exposed cloudy sky, sets a gloomy mood to the pic that is at odds with the overall brightness in the pic. If the pic were a little darker with more shadows (or if it were not a HDR?), it might present itself better? |

The beginning of Lifeby cyparisComment: Love the muted pastel tones and the softness in the sea and the sky. The contrasty/sharpened sand is at a little odds with the rest of the picture in that regard. The picture would look and feel better without the sand I think. |

witness of the passby lobrinComment: Wonderful capture of the age/character/determination in this portrait.
Desaturation is a good idea on the shot, although I would've preferred a warmer sepia tone myself.
For a street shot, the background is nicely defocused.
All in all, a keeper in my book. |

Mother Natures Proving Ground by JulietNNComment: Amazing shot! Congrats on the Blue!
The power in the surge, the diagonals, the blue/green gradient in the water, the contrasting red and reflection - so many things working well together! Amazing! |
