Hi my name is Leroy. I am here in response to your request for an indepth critique of this photo.

First Reaction (the most important one)
Technically a good photo, but overall a tad boring.

Lighting
Lighting is excellent. You've done what I assume you intended masterfully here.

Composition
Ehh, it's ok for a product image. Nothing special though.

Focus and other Technicals
As I mentioned earlier, technicals are strong. Exposure is right on, focus is sharp, lighting is good. Nice work.

Meeting the Challenge
Definitely meets the challenge, although in a way that doesn't really stand out.

How to grow its score
As you likely know, DPC responds well to WOW,no wow means mediocre scores. It's sort of a shame, but that's the way it goes here.

Conclusion
Technically a good image, would do well as stock.
