Looks like a baby alligator? I had one as a kid. Really nice detail on the face and head. I like the way he kind of fades away out of sight as though he were half in the water.

I like your dof. I'm not sure I like the rail and the wire together - they tend to compete with each other. I think the wire alone is a better picture.

Much intrigue here. Who's carting if off? Where are they taking it? As evidenced by the drapery, there are clearly two worlds, and you seem to be in the old one.
