Old and newby MelethiaComment: Wonderful juxtaposition. My eye is swept from the past through the ages into the present in one gentle motion. Contrast is superb. Great shot. |

Spring soon!by MelethiaComment: Lovely colorful flowers against that neutral background. Such a sharp contrast to see the lady in black with the umbrella at the same time. Nice capture. |

Where was I going?by MelethiaComment: Yes, yes. He definitely looks a little dazed and confused. Wonderful focus and detail in this. Shallow dof really brings my attention to the subject. Well captured candid moment, Deb. |

Snow Patioby BlueZamiaComment: Very interesting patterns and design. Again, like how you've framed the shot with the bricks disappearing into the diagonal. Nicely seen. Could use a bit more contrast. |

Anyone Loose a Glove?by BlueZamiaComment: A great find for your walkabout. Interesting how the one post with the glove is bent, but none of the others are. Looks as though it's waving its glove at us. |

Capitalby BlueZamiaComment: Great architectural detail, and I really like how you've framed this with the bricks disappearing into the corner of the shot. The shortening of the words make them almost appear to be in Latin. |

Dignityby BlueZamiaComment: I think the shot works well with the distant walker, and doesn't seem overly grainy due to the high iso. My eye wants to work in two directions - down the signs to the man, or to the man first and back up the signs. Works well either way. |

BambooStreamby Pug-HComment: I might have exposed this just a little darker myself, but the color is wonderful, and I really want to walk across those little bridges over the water. You may have started something good with your bike ride. |

Blossom1by Pug-HComment: Well, you're the one in the orchard. Why ask us? lol. If I had to guess from the time of year and the shape of tree I'd say plumb or cherry, but not sure from the blossom. Very nice color and detail. |

BlossomRoadby Pug-HComment: Well, somebody had fun over the weekend, eh? I did that when I was in high school and had to repair the damage I did to the farmers field. Love the lines leading into and through the beautiful orchard. Makes me want to take a nice afternoon stroll. |
