On the edge of springby rboslemanComment: Very pretty. I like the subject alot and the background colors as well. I wish the DOF were a lilttle deeper to show better the fronds of the front of the plant. I also wish the lighting was a bit less harsh. |

Little Creekby bioshoreComment: Though I don't like the inclusion of the foreground post which I find crowds the picture, your crisp focus and lighting gives the photo a feeling of clean freshness. Also, there are a couple of spots that are overexposed. |

Ride My Bikeby gstrotmannComment: The photo is wonderful! Great night shot, but the predominant emphaisis here is on the scene and the gold tones which are very striking, not on the bicycle. Whlie adding a nice touch of quaintness and provinciality, the bike almost gets lost and does not seem to be the main subject. |

The retro look is coming back ...by sjcherianComment: Though this appears to be a model car, the image looks so good the car almost looks real. I love the gold color. Only thing is it appears a bit dark. Good luck. |

Safe Winter Travelby OneSweetSinComment: Great portrait! and even though the main subject is the boy and not the sled, I gave you a high mark. Only issue I have with the picture is the soft focus. Other than that, I like it very much. Good luck in the challenge. |

Black bus zooming in the White Fogby akulkarniComment: A beautiful scene to be sure, but it appears that 1/3rd of it is obscured by your inclusion of the bus in the right of the image. To me, this detracts from the photo as I don't think the bus adds anything to the image. There isn't any nice reflection in it's windows, and it's black color makes the picture darker. It gives me a feeling of frustration as I want to peer around and see what's on the other side. |

I wish I had a car...by Reza1968Comment: I like the idea here very much and I'm assuming that there is a car in the background. Unfortunately, I can't seem to make one out as it appears to be too obscured by the droplets of water. Had I been able to discern some sort of vehicle behind the glass, however blured or out of focus, I would have given you a better score. Right now it seems just a jumbled mess. |

XBox, TV, Movies, No! Playing in the Snow is one of the Simplest Pleasures!by NeilComment: This is a gem of a shot! I love it so much. You've captured so well the shear joy of childhood in a winter scene. It appears spontaneous and natural with no pretense and I like how all distractions have been eliminated. It's so universal a scene as well...who doesn't remember scenes like this when they were growing up. It's a great portrait, as well as, a great photographic accomplishment. Congratulations on a job well done. |

Just whiteby AlexysComment: I love the color scheme as well as the stark landscape...just wish the contrast wasn't so high as detail is lost in the snow. |

Simply a Vaseby ShelleyComment: Love the color scheme here very much, but would prefer not to see the reflection of the lights in the vase. |
