Magical waterby nicklevyComment: Excellent, excellent tones in this image. Good clarity and technical quality. Low DOF that leaves the center bottle out-of-focus does not work well for me, but might with the other voters. I might have smoothed out the dark area at the very bottom just right of the center of the image. |

From Aboveby jab119Comment: A dramatic sky aways enhances a good image. This is a nice capture, especially the birds. Under advanced rules you have several options available to reduce the overexposed areas in the upper and middle portion of the image (using Photoshop). An adjustment level would work well for that. A 50% overlay greyscale level could be added to bring out highlights in the light streaks to make them more dramatic. Be careful, it is easy to overdo that. My personal preference would be to either make this image "more" sepia or go totally greyscale with it. In any regard, I like this shot a lot. |

Perfect Handoffby dirtkahunaComment: Nice motion blur. The best part of this one is the baton in clearest focus. Capturing the exchange is the main theme of this image. Good capture. |

I see you...by tfaustComment: Very crisp, clear shot. You can see the eyes of the biker staring right at you while showing off. That makes this a particularly nice capture. The subtlety of the main subject at the top of the frame adds to the image. Nicely done! |

Opposites by ivashComment: Ivica... Congratualations on 1st place and in only your second challenge. I agree with many others, this is an obvious blue ribbon winner. It is rare I give a 10 on an image, but yours was by far the best of this challenge and an easy 1st place pick. I will look forward to many more of your images in the future. |

Sunkistby GringoComment: This image might be improved by cropping off about the top 3/4ths of an inch to give it the appearence that the flowers extend to the horizon without end. |

Proteaby jjbeguinComment: Only a tiny bit of oversharpening shows up primarily near the bottom of the frame. |

Opposites by ivashComment: A brilliant work of photographic genius. The color is magnificent. Lighting is near perfect. The technical quality is unsurpassed. This one should have a ribbon matching the right hand color attached to it next week. |

Buggedby EddyGComment: Great clarity and technical excellence with this image. Actually, the light orange flower background is it's weakest element. Still a top three from me. Kudos for a great capture. |
