Lovely shot. While there's no doubting that part of the picture is seriously overexposed, a lot of it isn't. I think, for the challenge, you could have afforded to make the whole thing lighter.

A very effective shot, but the title doesn't help IMO. Overexposure does light, but not heat :)

Not the first I've seen of these in the challenge and not the best. Well conceived and well done technically. The pose looks exceedingly posed, which takes a lot from it for me.

Yes and no. There's something there and a lot that isn't. Effectiveness for which this is purposefully overexposed? Abstraction for which this is purposefully overexposed, I can see that...

This is a picture of two boys. It's pretty good and pretty funny. You might argue that the boys are slightly overexposed, but it's not a lot and it's not enough to fulfil the challenge specs. Sez I.

Quite nicely done. Don't like the frame. I'm wondering if more contrast, or maybe a fetching up of the blacks in the midtones might make more of a graphic out of it. (I do think that would be the way to go). Still, it's basic editing and you've made a fist of it.
