At the kafeneionby IraklisComment: I'd prefer to see it more overexposed for the challenge, but this is a terrific graphic. |

Foggy Morn'by DrakeComment: Lovely texture - doesn't look particularly overexposed to me though. I bet this looks really well oversized... |

Dissolve to Whiteby alexjackComment: Nice pose/expression. Heh. I was sure I would slate this from the thumbnail, but it works. |

Loganby ButterflyGirlComment: This works well. It does look as though the eyes are underexposed (!), but ain't that the way it goes. I also have a feeling there's a little too much softness or blur there - but I'm only saying that because I think this could have the makings of a great picture and it might be worth trying to improve on it. |

In the eye of the beholderby sdollmeComment: Die the hair dark before you do this kind of shot. Really that's elementary photography...
OK that was a feeble joke. Even so, while the eye is (very) good, I think it's just too much off to one side while the rest of the picture is washed out. I know it has to be washed out on account of the overexposure, but I think it's a composition thing - the white out left is perhaps unnecessary and you could maybe have done a little juggling, bringing the iris onto a thirds conjunction.
Great impact in a small section of the picture :) |

Nightmareby levyj413Comment: This works partially, I think. Someone smarter than me (there's plenty of them) might say what isn't working. The way over the top contrast and exposure and saturation and cranked crop are working. Maybe over-played the hand a little ? |

Swan Slumberby KarenNfldComment: Calm, nicely done - I'd like to see just a little more texture in the white (there's another entry that does that), but the subject is quite lovely and there's some great sharpness on the head. |
