I like the composition. The colors are nice and subtle. Too bad the lighting was not so great and you got the noise int he shadows. not photo killing noise though. I think I would have either cropped the person on the left or burned them some more. Although we have learned from past DQs that you can't burn them completly though so maybe a crop is you best bet.

the blurry spots are really distracting to me. Itf they were casues by len DOF i am ahving a hard time figuring out what the plane of focus is since it seems that stuff on the same plane of field as the flower in focus is out of focus. Feels like everything was blurred in PS then msome of it maske d off. Of coursethis may not be the case this is just how it feels to me.

Nice idea but i wish the bridge was more prominent. I also wish the sky had either more definded clouds or was nice and blue. Although I willa dmit the foggy thing is cool on the bridge part so maybe I am wrong about that:)

While I can appriciate the message, I am not sure you have quite conveyed it. without the title, being excluded would not come to my mind. What am I being excluded from? perhaps a zoomed out shot with a door to something being locked up.
