Too many elements / logos, IMO. Looks more like a shop window display than an ad photo. Toss the box and sox for sure. Those boots have loads of character. Maybe getting in close on them with the needles and leaves for a bg would have been more effective. Not bad, but could be better.

SEPTA: It's Better Than Driving!

Comment:
More an ad for a service than the product specified in the challenge, but really more a snapshot than anything. Might have been more effective to think of some way to show that the SEPTA is better than driving - like a view of the train speeding past a line of stopped traffic or something.

Nice mirror work!. If you'd moved slightly to your left to get both eyes in and had more even lighing on your face it would be about perfect.

Kinda nice, but I'd like to see some more detail in the girl's face. I think you could have composed differently, too, for better effect. I'd have tried to get closer and used the slide as the entire background without the XXX at R and L showing.

Did you try any with the text visible through the bottle? Might have been interesting. Loads of blue channel noise made more evident by the sharpening - reduces the clarity of the glass. Actually, there's what's bothering me - between the noise and not being able to see anything but blue screen behind the glass, the bottle could almost be opaqe. Still in my top 10. Nice work.

Nice that the cans are the only (almost) color in the image. Slightly tilted.

"Gordon fell off the wagon, Gordon fell off the wagon..." Flash for the bottle was a good choice, as you got that great, glowing logo working for you. You raise the bar on submission technicality, for sure. Don't let the turkeys get you down.

Is the title a statement of intent, or an excuse? Doesn't really work either way. Sorry.

Tantalizingly vague. I'd prefer not to see the very bottom of the tube (gonna poke me in the eye if I'm not careful), and have a headache from reading 'diamonds'. Maybe a more off-center composition for this one?

I'm all in my tuck and ready to roll out of the way at the last second, then clamber up that pole he's got in his butt and give him a kicking. Good choice for the bg. I think a little more light back there would give the image a better tonal balance, that or toning down the sidelighting on the figure. This could really pop.
