Really interesting shot. The composition is especially artful for what I assume was a "click or you'll miss it" photograph. Three things really give it a nice balance: the lines of the tree and where they intersect with the line of the red bricks, the placement of the two faces, and the tiny bright green sprigs in the upper left. You couldn't have planned it better. Lively colors and perfect exposure add to the exciting "feel" of the shot. It may not do well if people don't stop to really look at it in the voting process, but it's really, really good. 10

Nice composition, good framing. I'd like it even more if the background blended with the color and texture of the stone, making the reds of the skin tone stand out even more. But overall, nicely done.

Beautiful animal portrait. I like the close crop and the sharpness in the whiskers.

One of the better landscapes (seascapes? skyscapes? sunsets?) I've seen. Haunting colors, perfect composition. 8

Nice panorama. I like that you've included something in the foreground to add depth. You normally don't see that in skyline shots. Excellent exposure, too. 8

I'm swamped with being busy, so I wasn't even going to vote on this challenge, but looking at the thumbnails, yours stood out to me and literally made me laugh out loud. Such a fun idea. So now I have to vote... :) It may not be technically perfect, but it's very, very good and you get a bonus point for making me laugh. 10

Great lighting, great personality. The little whisp of smoke combined with such a fantastic character makes for a superbly interesting shot. I could look at this all day - it makes you want to ask the subject about himself. 10
