Don't listen to anyone who tells you this isn't street photography. Shooting from the hip or with long lenses are not difficult techniques compared to a drive-by. (especially if you are driving) And both methods are used by the truly "sneaky" street photographers. I'm guessing you would have missed this shot if you had parked the car, got out, and pointed your camera in their direction. You captured the scene using the only option available and that is what a good photographer does. It would have been a shame if you had missed archiving this bizarreness.

On second thought, I think they are insects. The bird on the lower left is a wonderful bit of misdirection and makes the capture even more amazing. Whatever it is, I wish I had taken it.

Congratulations on the PH Blue. I've never seen birds photographed like this. Even after looking at the collection, I'm not convinced the objects at the top are birds. Maybe Pinnipeds. I suspect trickery.
