The Manhole Crackedby kdkaboomComment: Difficult to comment on this except to say it doesn't really have anything to keep the viewer looking at it for more than a few seconds. I wonder if it was better in colour? |

Wildflowerby bbmohrComment: To get a good score with a flower shot it has to be exceptional, and sadly this one isn't. It needs to be pin sharp all the way through and that needs gallons of light to get a good small apperture. The dof falls off too quickly in this image and has a slightly distracting background - white bits. |

The Outcropby e301Comment: Nice but not brilliant. The half and half sky to land ratio doesn't sit to well with me. I would have preferred either a lot more of the dramatic sky or something in the foreground and less sky. As it is it feels neither one nor the other. |
