I like the composition a lot, however because my eye wants to follow the wave it starts to get uncomfortable as the focus is lost. If it was sharp all the way this would score a good 1 or 2 points higher

Looks like a difficult sculpture to capture well. My feeling is the sculpture actually encroaches too much into this image, I actually want to see round it to the far object

Horizons on the halfway mark are difficult to get away with. Choose a really strong foreground object (rock, tussock of grass, tree stump) then move the horizon up to 2/3. OR if the sky is really powerful then move the horizon down to 1/3
