The main problem is that you cannot really see what you are referring to, I guess it's some kind of barrels. In the context of pollution, the harsh colours are a creative idea, but some voters might get a conjunctivitis.

Brilliant exposure. The focus is on the part of the fence which escapes from the view. This is quite difficult for the eye, but interesting. The notion of walking is not clear at all in the picture.

The pose of the left hand is not very elegant (hidden thumb, chubby fingers). The right pose is good, but the contrast and sharpness is a bit unfortunate (like dirty finger nails). The composition would maybe be improved if less of the arms were shown.
But as you see, I studied this picture for a long while, which means that it is excellent!

The flame is quite washed out, maybe there would have been a possibility with 2 superimposed pictures within the camera. Don't misunderstand me, it's a very good picture (especially the title), but I just had this idea...
