I see the rainbow but this picture looks really bad. You have a red hand, our of focus trees, sensor dust that could have been removed, a rainbow that is barely seen and a sky that over powers everything but the hand.

Try using a flash to light your hand and an exposure that properly illuminates the background. The wider your aperture the longer your focus length becomes. Play around with it and adjust the settings until you get better at it.

I think this would have been a better shot if you would have zoomed in to the sign more and got rid of the rest of the block and the HDR stuff. It doesn't add anything to the image.

I think your border is to bold. There is a lot of yellow and green in this picture already and you just added more to it with the border. Too much and it's very distracting when I look at the flower.
