A little soft on the macro, but understandable. The shadowed border is a little distracting (it really doesn't add to the shot imho). I like the centered composition though.

Nice idea, but I think it could be improved compositionally. Particularly, I don't think the reflection is necessary; I'd prefer to see the mask occupy more of the frame imho.

Good focus and exposure, but lacking a central focal point. My eyes look towards the people in the center, but htere are a number of other distracting elements that compete for attention.

The Little Mermaid

The subject and the background are nice, but the fill lighting on the subject looks a little unnatural to me. Additionally, based on the pose of the subject, I'd prefer to see the face emphasized a bit (maybe occupying more of the frame). This might be accomplished simply by cropping tighter on the main subject. The rocky beach, though nice, is given too much space in the shot imho.

Lake Conistone

Nice capture, particularly with the birds adding to the scene. The reflection and colors are strong elements as well. The contrast on the dock might be a little high (the birds and parts of the wood look to be blown out) but otherwise good.

Tropical Fish

Nice capture, they're usually tough to capture this sharp. The colors are great, but compositionally could be improved if there was some element of his environment (ie, a plant, coral, etc.) to add interest imho.
