	CIty Lights by stantheman1313 Comment: I didn't have a chance to vote on this challenge, but like the shot and the framing. Noise reduction by Neat Image, or if you have it in Lightroom 3 (to name just two programmes) is really good and can remove colour and luminance noise very effectively.

	"we are all the same inside" by Thai Comment: Nice colours and composition. A little more depth of field would have kept more of the subject sharp and improved the image for me.
