She Came in Through the Bathroom Windowby loveComment: Ah... now I get the Apple... I definitely knew that Beatles were the Apple Label it just didn't cross my mind when I was voting on this shot. I still rated mostly on the image though... so I didn't give you a terrible score if that came across in my comments. |

I saw her standing thereby StructorComment: I like this in terms of place and placement. Very nicely done. Great exposure and awesome colors. Thanks for not just having a random girl standing in a random place, but for still making it an awesome photo! -10- |

"I'm Looking Through You"by edmengComment: Very nicely done! Excellent interpretation of the challenge... and great job giving you the perspective of the other person with their hand on the cup! My only quip might be that I might have liked to have seen this with a slightly less busy background... especially the edge of the wall coming right out of the person's head is somewhat disturbind. Great job though and use of photographic techniques to really give a sense of the song title. -9- |

You Won't See Meby scalvertComment: Awesome :-). How many people have missed that little guy? Nature is truly incredible! nice use of the rule of thirds and a very nice fairly abstract photo. -9- |

Fixing A Hole (where the rain gets in)by CNovackComment: This is a very interesting photo... but I'm sure you are hearing that a lot :-) I like how the man and the back wall seem to almost be in different dimensions in terms of color - very intense. Why the choice to make the umbrella be turned inside out? Anyway, I really like this photo - nicely done, great placing and use of rule of thirds - 10 - |

... a man who sailed the seaby anotherdayComment: I like the grittiness of this photo - it seems very purposeful and appropriate... what I don't care for is the fact that you choose (either in camera or in photoshop) to crop out the feet of this man - especially almost right at his ankles. One lesson I've learned in photojournalism and from listening to the pros is that if you have to cut out limbs/body parts, don't do it right at the joint. I wish I could see the feet and the yellow boots, I think it would add to the photo. Anyway... -8- |

She's got the devil in her heart...but her eyes they tantalize ; )by jeroweComment: A couple of things I notice here... one - the electrical box or whatever it is that is coming out of her knee is quite disturbing 2 - while I love the chipped pain next to her - the plain white, modern door detracts from the scene, and 3 - I think this would have served better as a much closer portrait - it looks like your model has wondeerful eyes... but why not focus on them? Especially because of your title?! Get in close... you've got a great model, don't let a busy scene detract from her. |

She Came in Through the Bathroom Windowby loveComment: Interesting choice to use an apple. I'd be interested in hearing why? Is it in the lyrics? I can't seem to remember that... I might have leaned towards a silver spoon perhaps. Also why is there an apple in the bathroom? I'm really not seeing your meaning in this photo. |
