I like the tones and general feel. I am a bit uncertain about the framing and angle, like there was a torn wish to include more of the tops and more of the stairs, with the image undecided there in the middle.
For sure it would work better for me with a crop exclusing completely the rail on the right, the pink wall is beautiful. actually, a tigher oblique crop including the pink wall/window and the tiles on the opposite wall would have been quite nice and enahnce the feel of descent which perhaps you wished to depict.

I was about to give this a 5, then I thought how emotive the sight of this would be for a child. The expectation, the day out and the special occasion, and the rows of seats drifting in darkness when lights goes down. As adults we progressively loose that, what a pity. 8

I like framing, choice of angle, the circular motion of the vegetation coupled wiht the archs. I am unsure about the choice of lighting and/or the exposure. A more moody light would have probalby complemented the place better.
