I love the BW rendition and the pose, pretty personal and informal portrait. y only quibble would be the eyes as I find the processing a tad too strong and not to in synch with PP on the rest of the image.

My auntie is an amateur painter and photographer. Her young one has taken photography as well. Apparently, he routinely pesters her early in the morning with embarassing candids. When asked, he commented quite starkly "Now she knows what it's like.." :D
So, you'll probably make an artist of him, albeit a revengeful one :)
Terrific image and expressive, it lends itself to quite a few interpretations and potential titles, even none. BW (or light tonemapping, perhaps) was a pretty good choice in this case.

I didn't quite notice the resemblance of a face peering from the door, with that the title makes quite a lot of sense and the image becomes somewhat moving. Congratulations!
