I've seen a few of these shots around in the forums, and I still feel like this sits on the border of feeling like a photograph to me. It's a nice composition/setup, and the title matches well with it.

Cute arrangement, though you still have too many distracting details in the black background (wrinkles, dust, textures). Feels like the colors could be a bit bolder too.

This shot definately needs the title to make a connection to the challenge. I don't find it to be a very interesting photo, and I find it odd that my eye doesn't wander around more considering that you've placed a subject on the line of thirds and you have all the lines of the steps in there.

Unique border choice. I'm not sure that it works any better or worse than the normal line most people use, but it's nice to see something different. As for the photo, I wish you could see just a little bit more of the one lying down, but you've used the color nicely to help bring her out a bit more.

Nice depiction of love and a well timed shot with the sun just about to set. I'm not crazy about the border color (it doesn't seem to match anything in the shot), and I wish you'd straightened the horizon. Too bad this was basic editing, or you could have cloned out whatever is sticking up out on the horizon and done a few more adjustments to separate areas of the water and sky to help make them more dramatic. Nicely done!

Cute shot. Feels a bit too smooth (processing?) and then sharpened with the jagged white edge around the head and some of the water. If this weren't basic editing, I'd like to have seen the eyes brightened up/brought out a bit more.

Feels like this vehicle was placed into the environment and not really there... something about the lighting maybe, or the fact that there is no sand/dirt anywhere on the car, and it feels like there should be. Just feels out of place.

Cute piggie... not sure that I get a feeling of love from this guy, but I like the way he's 'looking' at the camera. Nicely done in the technical aspects.

Definately evokes emotion, though I have to think a bit to find 'love'.. flash lighting is a bit harsh on the silver of the camera.

Nice setup.. lots of details went into this one with props, lighting etc. Seems almost a bit too staged for my tastes, but fits well into the challenge.
