IMG_7141-Dog.jpgby TheresaAComment: Cute pup! I'd love to see a bit more of the fuzzy textures in the black fur around his eyes and nose... perhaps a bit less contrast or a little brightening in that area would do the trick? |

diamond2.jpgby PixelKingComment: Great red tones, and I like the soft fabric it's resting on.. a nice contrast of soft and hard. It feels like the focus here is somewhere in the reflections, and I think I'd prefer to see the top surface in more clear focus. |

Measuring Spoons Day 7by riversongComment: I love the simplicity. And again with the cookie sheet? I really need to try that.. it works so nicely as a background! |

Hair Brushby trevytrevComment: Nice shot... good contrast and focus. I like that it's symmetrical, and those 2 little balls at the top look like the eyes to go with the big smiley face! I like the border.. helps to keep everything contained and matches the high contrast of the shot. |

Windchimes Day 8by riversongComment: Looks like a beautiful day. I like that you offset the chime to the side and had it fill the entire right side. I agree with ssodell, that the blurred background would look nice with a shallow dof if you ever tried this one again. |

10. A sorry soggy sightby suemackComment: Nice shot... it looks like you can just see some of the rain falling in the background. I wonder if you could bring that out a bit more to really show the story that she's sitting out there while it's raining? |

Double Espressoby HeiSchComment: Great use of a lot of doubles, with the ever so slightly offset handle to the espresso maker. The one (probably odd) thing that stands out to me is that for such an elaborate setup with the fancy espresso machine, lovely saucers etc., there are those two pre-packaged goofy cookies with little candies in them. I would have expected some freshly made biscotti or something instead (not that I wouldn't eat the cookies anyway!) Great shot! |

Day09: Doorbellby citymarsComment: I never would have guess that this was a doorbell! Looks like some ancient artifact dug up in the deserts of Egypt! Interesting colors and I like the swirly colors in the middle. I'm still stunned... a doorbell? :) |

9. I'm forever blowing bubblesby suemackComment: Quite an ordeal to come up with this shot... but worth it. I had considered shooting the bubbles in my glass today, but I certainly wasn't planning to spend that much effort on it! Nice colors and I like the variety of bubble sizes.
Oh, and the border... nice to see a different take on the normal black border with the white matting. It works well here :) Message edited by author 2007-06-09 22:28:31. |

Keys Day 9.jpgby ssodellComment: Oh, that's cheating! I want to know what the rest of those keys belong to! ;) I like that the blue strap matches the guitar, and it's all on a simple gray background. |
