Day 12 : Refrigerateby ShaneBlakeComment: Wow.. very shallow dof! But you got the focus just where it needed to be! Love how you can see some of the crystal shapes in the snow. Nice job! |

Day 15 : Renaissanceby ShaneBlakeComment: Hmm, I guess you'd need a whole cup of red pens then if you wanted the background that brownish color! Thanks for sharing the details :) |

Day 15: Stick a Cork in Itby EstimatedEyesComment: Great job with this one. The focus is right on, and I like that you rotated this so we can read parts of the writing. From the thumbnail I thought this was going to be a little shot glass... but this is MUCH more macro (and more interesting too). Nice job! |

Six Secondsby JMartComment: Nicely done. I think I might have rotated this just a bit to put the 12 and 6 more directly in the corners instead of cropping them off. And I agree with you, doing this with the backlighting on could be an interesting shot, though the lighting might be trickier! |

Blue Birdby MelonMusketeerComment: From the thumbnail, I thought this was going to be fungus on the side of a tree. What a nice surprise to see the textures in the feathers when I opened it up full size! Nicely done! |

Day 15 : Renaissanceby ShaneBlakeComment: Love the leftover paint colors in the brush which go nicely together. Great focus too. I'm not sure why the coloring of the background changes to more of an olive green on the right side, but I'd prefer to see the brown color all the way across. Lovely job on this one! :) |

speed of soundby kraeComment: Drummer in the back looks like he's about to poke himself in the eye with the drumstick! Nice capture of movement. |

Care Freeby CharleneComment: Love the carefree feeling of the shot and the motion, but the blown out highlights on the face and chest are disturbing. It's like the innocence of the child is lost. Perhaps facing them the other way on the swing with more backlighting would have helped to reduce this? |

fire waterby jdannelsComment: This almost looks like silky threads in gold and white. Lovely lighting and movement through the shot. |

suicidalby oldbimmercoupeComment: The yellow taxis really help to make this stand out. At first I missed the ledge though, until I read the title! |
