Interesting... like the Lady of Shallot or Ophelia kind of thing. This is really cool! I always wanted to do a shoot like this! I like the processing, like an old photo, adds to the whole theme. The only thing that might have added to this is perhaps some greenery like vines or lily pads or flowers. Might have done a little more to hide the bottom of the swimming pool too and give it more of a pond or lake feel.

Very cute expression! Shame it's a bit dark on the face, perhaps you could have selectively brightened him a bit so as not to blow out the higlights too much in the back? Nice job on the eyes!

Eee! lol. Nice dof. It's hard to see this as a portrait though, perhaps I'm just in the "mammal box" or "macro box" on this one as far as it being a portrait is concerned. I like the composition and the choice of b/w.

There is something really likeable about this portrait. The focus seems a bit off and the whole thing seems really orange but it is engaging. I wonder what it is framing the photo?

Ah! Adorable! lol. The expression is priceless. His lips are so red it looks like he was drinkin koolaid or something! lol. Might have brought the crop out a little further from his eye but other than that, great!

lol. Funny expression grandma has, and Ashley seems so delighted to be taking this photo. Seems it was a rather gloomy day if all that grey is the sky. It's a bit overwhelming actually, perhaps you could have gotten a higher angle so they would be in front of the rocks more or something.

The setting is cool but I don't think you really intigrated the scene with the model. Perhaps she could have been casually sitting on the steps or something. I dunno, she seems almost mad but like she is trying to pose at the same time.
