Before this picture even started loading, I wanted to rate it a 1, but that is because I am so repulsed by the subject, I'm all for christmas, but this sort of stuff is just ugly to me. But then after thinking about it, the concept seems pretty creative, and does conjure up a sense of "busy"ness, so in that respect the photograph is succesful even if I find it personally unpleasant. Rated 7.

This photograph does a great job of having a fairly simple and pleasing composition while simultaneously conveying a sense of busy-ness. When thinking of ideas for "busy" I wanted something that would make my blood pressure rise a little but not so much that the photo is annoying to look at. This photo is succesful in that regard.
