untitledby zxaarComment: It's a pity there weren't more people in that bottom row. Would have really enhance the whole zig-zag effect. And the bush in the bottom right is a bit distracting.
Even so, I like the overall feeling of the photo. |

Perspective Escher styleby Elvis_LComment: I'd never seen the Escher drawing before reading your thread in the forums.
You made a wonderful tribute to that image. Sure, some people have said that it's a pity the tripod and camera were there, but hey, even if you'd hidden it, we'd all have known that it was there somewhere...
I think the unhidden camera introduces a fun/candid aspect to the photograph: you can see a photographer at work who is clearly enjoying what he is doing. It still remains a great picture.
Well done. And thanks for bringing some new influences to my attention. |

Fall Frenzyby andrea22_alsComment: This is one of those tough ones where you've met the challenge, and created a photograph that is not ugly or even bad, but it just isn't a very impressive image.
While the blurred motion effect is interesting, it doesn't leave enough in the image to capture the attention of the viewer.
I like some of the other stuff in your portfolio though - looking forward to seeing your work in more challenges. |

I should bring money back home!by kiumars_kashaniComment: This is a great shot.
I think it probably didn't do so well in the Hands challenge because the hands aren't really emphasised. Maybe a lower angle from just underneath the hands, with less of the face in focus, so that the hands are given more importance, would have been better for this challenge.
But outside of the challenge it is a really nice photograph. Very expressive. In a portrait challenge it probably would have done very well.
Good work. |

Emo Lemonby massmediakid31Comment: Very funny. And very neatly taken. Not sure if it meets the abstract food challenge perfectly, but certainly has abstract humour... |

Green textureby Rino63Comment: You might not like what I have to say here, but I think it's too abstract. I know that sounds silly in an abstract challenge, but what I mean is that by shooting it so abstract, all you've really got in the frame is a range of green tones. It would look cool as a tiled wallpaper, but it's just not very interesting as a single image. It's not bad or ugly, it's just not that stunning either. |

the last cherryby smccComment: Interesting image. Nice colour and composition. Focus could have been a bit sharper on the cherry, and it might not be abstract enough to meet the challenge perfectly. But a decent photo overall. |
