Very strong composition, and a bold use of lighting. Still trying to decide whether I like how the head and hand have been disembodied by blending the torso into the background. I have a feeling that it might have put more weight behind that pointing gesture if there'd been a torso behind it.

Ha! I've been waiting for someone to use elevators for this title. I love it. It's a pity the light falls off a bit on the right, but you processed the b&w well - nice tones from light to dark. And the portrait orientation compliments the vertical lines of the elevator shafts well. Also, but having one compartment at the bottom, you nailed the link into the title. Well done.

Clever way to portray the title. The colour cast is a bit off-putting though (too yellow), and overall the photo could have been a bit sharper.

Somebody else did a close-up of a thermometer and my comment to them would apply to yours too. It's a very neat, well taken shot. Clean lines, good focus. Your composition is strong too. But the one thing lacking are complementary colour tones. Right now you have a good stock photo for thermometers. But imagine how much more evocative the picture would have been if you'd gone with a cold colour scheme (blues/purple) and a cold temperature on the display, or a warm colour scheme (reds/oranges) and a hot temperature reading? Just a thought. Still a good shot.

Lovely portrait. Really nice soft and bright lighting exhibit the model's flawless features well. Perhaps a bit more colour in the lips would have complimented the title better, but that's just a minor point.

It's a very neat image. Well shot - good focus, sharp lines. But it's lacking any mood. Given the "heat" of the temperature, I think what would have made the photo stick out more is if you'd gone with a hot colour scheme, like bright reds and oranges as a backdrop for that yellow thermometer. Right now, the tones of the photo are just too cold to convey the feeling of temperature.

Ouch. I'm not a fan of computer screen art. I admire how you used the fibre optic cable to try make it more of a photo (at least I think that's what you did).

Clean focus and lighting, I just wish more colour had come through from those buttons.

This feels like one of those macro shots where it's not quite macro enough to be abstract, but not quite detailed enough to have a clear subject.

I love the lighting and the clarity you achieved with this shot. Also, the make-up work on the model was superb. The only gripe I have is that her lips are partially covered and since they are the focus of the title, I feel that they seem a bit too unemphasised. Still, without the title, it's an excellent portrait.
