If there wasn't for blown out sky I'd vote oure 10. The problem with landscape
photography is that you don't need much skill to take a beautyfull shot.
It's all about the beauty you're shooting. That puts alot of great macro/sport/portrete etc. photos in shade. Colors are always in leading role. Like in here, great colors.
Black against yellowish/orange. Not too much. Wonderfull

use aparture (DOF) to enchance this kind of shots. Becouse everything is in focus
it looks flat and borrying. Also very small partitions in this shot that make my eyes
wana close. This photo is full of distracting elements. Stick to simplicity

But why centered. I DOES bug me when I come to think about the composition.
I agree that rule of thirds should be just a guideline, not a rule, but I belive it would
fit in here perfectly. But color is very powerfull and a subject very nice and pleasing
to look at.

Left of this shot should have had some background or should've been cut out.
This way it's only a pain in my eyes. Other than that, everything is GREAT.
Love the idea, colors, contrast, small DOF and yellowish theme. Great

I gues you didn't have a chance to get a better angle to get the real apple and it's reflection closer. And blown out watter in top of your picture is also a problem.
If we had wings we would be able to solve all our composition problems.
Since we don't, I give ya 8 for this couse I love the red apple standing out.
