par la merby rinacComment: A very risky photo for the DPC crowd IMO. They seem to like photos that are in sharp focus. You are definately thinking "outside of the box" here. You should get positive votes for creativity. The image easliy meets the challenge and I like the concept! Good luck. |

Beachgrass at Sunsetby Bear_MusicComment: Nice photo. I like the different sunset/sunrise colors being used. Surprisingly, I don't see any straight lines in ths shot, thus the photo meets the challenge well. |

STRAIGHT Into Thin Air.by sammorrisonz2Comment: DPC had a smoke challenge a few weeks ago. I wondering if voters will vote lower after shooting smoke for a week, then voting smoke for a week, followed by seeing the smoke results for another week. I'm thinking people may be tired of smoke. In regards to the photo itself, it meets the challenge well. |

Mill Creek Trailby alavattamComment: The title remains me of the Mill Creek wine I bought recently. :-) In regards to the photo. You successfully met the challenge. I'm thinking that sharper image would help. It appears to be a cloudy day. More light from a partly cloudy to a full sunny sky may bring out the colors more. I like the concept. |

twinkle, twinkleby pamelasueComment: Good photo. With a title like "twinkle, twinkle" using a cokin star filter would bring out more "twinkle" effect. In regards to the photo itself, the lighting is terrific, the DOF is fine, and the challenge has been successfully met. Good job and good luck. |

Black Catby lenulitaComment: I like the use of the high grain. Use can still see the straight lines in the photo. Some voters may take a point or two from their final score. |

Riflingby jonmciComment: Yes, I can see the rifling of a gun barrel here. It meets the challenge well. I not sure if the soft focus is doing it any favors though. |
