Nice quality of light and great concept, with the wedding bands set against a corresponding matchbook from the wedding ... two (or three - gold bands, marriage/couple implied, and matchbook) matches in one scene. :) It'd be nice to see just a tick more of the matches peaking out from the matchbook and composition could be stronger.

Good concept and successful use of DOF, with a pleasing quality of light and b&w treatment as well. When scoring this one, however, I'm put off a bit with the composition which is too tight along the bottom of the right show (as viewed) and the shoestrings haphazardly going out of frame. *6*

Very cool. The negative space between the match and smoke creates an illusion of this firey element coming down from the upper-right toward the burning tip (versus flowing away from it) Fantastic abstracting effect ... look forward to seeing your commentary. *8*

Nice abstract with very strong graphical elements and color. The yellowish tinted vignetting in the right corners is a bit distracting though ... would prefer that background be stark white. *6*
