Memphis Bluesby SchmeldontinoComment: Nice minimalist approach to the topic. I'm not really connecting with it at all though. Meaning, I can't see a connection between title and image, or image with topic. That's okay, I'm sure others will get this without a problem, I'm just not your intended audience I guess. I do like the colour in this. The blue and brown work well together. |

a home is never finished, only abandonedby kolasiComment: A thought provoking title to go with this photograph. Something appears to have gone awry upon resize or saving for web though, as I'm seeing odd pixel distortion throughout the image. Over-sharp/jagged edges alongside blurred areas. It's distracting me away from fully enjoying the story you're trying to tell. |

Namelessby lenulitaComment: The light and colour captures the atmosphere well. Depressing reality. |

The Meandererby taljComment: [tsk] Another shot that shouldn't have finished below 6 :(
Beautiful work T. The average vote for the commenters says it all... |

a dh'ionnsaigh Loch Na Kealby Ecce_SignumComment: I'm thinking, by the time voters finished trying to pronounce the title, their screens were likely covered in so much spittle that they couldn't really see the beauty in your photograph any more ;) |

Chicago Reflectedby salmiakkiComment: I really think voters missed all the detail in this. It's the people and their shadows that make the reflection so special.
I'm disappointed to see this below 6. Was hoping you'd get a nice bump at rollover :( |

Alter Egoby andrewtComment: Once again you've nailed a great shot in the fs, and with the same bird, right? Awesome. Congratulations on 10th! |

Abandoned To The Elementsby TerComment: Great cinematic crop for this. I'm liking the saturation on the grass. There's a light spot behind the stable on the left that looks oddly out of synch though. |
