Good tones. I think that perhaps having some pills or something in the shot too might bring your statement across better. Usually 2 objects in a photo leave it feeling unbalanced. So the inclussion of the third element and a possible different perspective would have bumped this up a few notches. 7 -danny

Nice concept and execution. I would like to see a tighter crop to loose the CD on the left of the coin. Seems to through the balance off. 6 -danny

If they're all the same size, why do we have them cropped off on the sides? Show us a little more negative space around them. They seem very crowded in here. 5 -danny

Yikes, what are the odds of 2 similar images using light from the book? Both very well executed. I like the framing of your subject by the books, but I think there is too much negative space above her. 7 -danny

OK, this has something to do with Pot... but, I'm not getting it. Sorry. You have one serious wide angle lens there though. 5 -danny

You're back in the USSR, you don't know how lucky you are boy... back in the USS, back in the USS, back in the USSR!!!! (sorry, Beatles flashback).

Actually other than the focus being soft, this speaks great to the viewer. Good piece of work. 8 -danny

Too many parallel lines here. I might have put the gun at an angle as well as the framed object, this would contrast the layout of all the newspapers. Good sepia tone to set the mood. 6 -danny

Glad to see you're experimenting with back lighting. Your foreflash is a little on the hard shadow side. Also the subject usually is more pleasing if not put into the dead center of your shot. 5 -danny

I feel that you need some fill light on the rest of the apple to make it more visible. Hard to make out that this is an apple, apart from your title. 5 -danny
