This is a good shot and well represents a relationship between young and old. That said I'm having a hard time fitting it into the 'success' theme. The image itself has good depth of field and colour.

A well captured moment. Good that we can see the smoke, but would have been even better if there were flames or embers (which I wouldn't wish on anyone's property). Perhaps if the shot had included more fire fighting equipment/uniform the message would have been stronger. Nonetheless a good image and worth a good score.
