Looks like you were panning, probably intentionally, but it doesn't work here, as most of the image is just annoyingly blurred and motion is not a major feature. Sharper, less blur, tighter crop, would be better.

Cute boy and bunny, yummy tulips! Wish for visible eyes, and more detail on bunny, avoiding blown-out whites on bunny is tough. Another bunny owner! See my portfolio for a few buns.
