Nice colors, sharpness, and DOF, interesting gate. Might be better if the gate were a little closer and larger - more featured, with less road in front and more road behind? Also, I'd gently suggest getting over the odd-angle stage quickly, save it for the rare cases where it will really help instead of distract most viewers.

Foggy conditions can be interesting, but often end up gray as in this case. Level adjustment, all of white/black/midtones, plus contrast adjustment in Photoshop would help.
