Great image combining all of the signs, construction, yellow traffic lights, person's expression. So iteresting, that construction clutter is not a problem.

I keep coming back to this image for another look. The lines of the railing, beach, pier, and sign bring the eye around for another look. Good composition, sharpness, DOF, and colors. Only nit is loss of sharpness at right edge of pier, maybe this lens needs to be stopped down for more detail there? Love the image.

Capture of colors in motion is wonderful. Great time exposure. Crop of bottom might be better, but regardless, the colors and motion carry the day.
