I think I would like this more if the rocks were the base of the shot. Try holding a piece of paper accross the bottom and see what you think. I like the colour of the sky and the seagull adds something.

She looks cold ( goose bumps on her torso). I would probably have preferd this with her clothes on as to me she looks very young. She has an interesting expresion on her face and the traditional hair and make-up make for a unique and striking portrait. However the naked body pulls your attention away from her face and the image simply becomes a nude rather than a portrait. Does that make sense? This is all just my oppinion of course. Good luck :)
