On watchby nomad469Comment: Critical sharpness (focus) keeps this from being a 10. |

A Wing And A Prayerby ShaneBlakeComment: The depth of field is way to shallow for this shot. The wing in the foreground needs to be in focus for this shot to work. Great colors though! |

Captivatedby scalvertComment: Wow! The lighting on this is just SUPERB. Great job.
Back to bump this up. This is National Geographic quality. Such incredible mastry of shadow I've rarely seen before. My personal top pick of the challenge. If I could give an 11 I would. :) |

The big raceby eirasiComment: This is a really good shot. It speaks well of your technique that I can't tell if this was done by panning the camera, or done in Post Processing. However it was achieved, good job. |

Poster Girlby mrmorrisComment: This is a great shot. I especially like the guy staring back at the advert girl. I do wonder if you didn't oversaturate this a little, as on my (calibrated) monitor, the people's faces look a little too pink. I've learned that people's skin usually doesn't play well with saturation adjustments... in an advanced challenge there's no reason you couldn't mask them off from your saturation adjustment. |

Run!by elemessComment: Great colors in this one. I know it was probably a split second capture, but the extra girl in the top center of the frame is really distracting from the subjects in the foreground. I wonder if you could have cloned her out without running afoul of the major elements clause (probably not) or if you had waited around for a while another shot would have presented itself...
Anyway, it's a great shot, and in the top third of the challenge, in my opinion. |
