Meets the challenge, but I'm trying to understand the oversaturation here. The greens are brightly green, the whites are very bright. I feel like I'm missing something here, though the way it's exposed it almost looks like a model town, which is a really cool effect.

I can't believe you're getting anything other than beaten up with this image; directly contrary to the challenge description -- people are everywhere in this image. That said, I think it's delightful. Waldo was always in amongst people, and here it's so clear who "Waldo" is that it works well for me. The subdued tones in the rest of the image and the super bright colors in Waldo are just perfect. Nicely shot!
