Looks oversharpened. Too much blue/purple tint. Also, there are a lot of elements in this to distract the eye. The sign, the traffic light, the buildings, the 'university' sign, and the 'gp' at top left all distract. What's the subject?

Pity you couldn't have cropped the statue to the right of the frame instead to give it some space on the left. But nice idea with the two runners.
