Barren winter landscape.by photom1946Comment: For me, the subject matter of your photo doesn't hold my interest for long. My eyes tend to focus between the two trees and there's nothing there for them to look at. My favorite part of your image is the blue of the sky. |

The quiet night before a winter stormby william88Comment: Your photo looks very surreal. In some respects, the... smoothness of it makes it seem more like digital art rather than a photo. It's a great picture with good color contrast, just looks a hint overly done on some of the filters to me. I think it will do quite well in the challenge though. |

Graceby jrjrComment: I really like the sepia tone for this. It works really well. Good lighting. With just a wee bit more contrast to darken it slightly, I would have scored it higher. Nice simple,complimentary border too. |
