The tree growing from the inside is classic. The bottom of the image seems cropped a bit tight but you shot from a great POV.

Watermill

Nice detail overall. Wouldn't mind seeing more of the watermill's surroundings such as more of the tree on the right and more of the entry to the door. Usually i find myself wanting the photographer to crop tighter for a closer look, this one just happens to be opposite. Because of the fine focus you could afford more background with this neat watermill as your subject, it may help the "leaning back" quality of the mill also.
