Neighborby JutildaComment: Nice shot. Colors are nice. Maybe the cat totally in frame, not sure - as does work well as is. |

DSC_0430.jpgby ACheltonComment: Good capture. Like to see more detail though - quality dependent, perhaps a tighter crop may allow for this, not sure. The eagle(?) seems to get a little lost against the background/foliage, so whether a tighter cropping would help that, or perhaps a tweaking of the colors or toning variation, not sure. |

Dirty Trackby KitaComment: I gave this a 4. I liked the perspective - not too fond of the choice of subject to 'focus on' - but your call on that. Difficult to adjust the crop and lose the diminishing 'horizon' of the road - but if that top right corner where the grass seems to end could have been cropped out, might have made this better in my opinion. Looks like it (the focal point) needs to be a fraction sharper too. |

The Reality of Abstractby rjpatComment: 5 - Like this. Wish it were bigger (640 width in this case), but might be quality issues, so perhaps a selective softening of the background - not sure as that might alter/diminish the 'abstractness'. |

Sky absrtactby gisliComment: 3 - Very nice shot but for this Challenge, if the aurora/sky were the only subject would have made this better (and more apt) in my opinion. Even the reflection on the water incorporated too would have been good but judging by this perspective, near impossible without the 'land'. |

The Ice Breakersby owenComment: Gave this a 7. Thought it was a good shot - just if a little sharper/more definition (even on the verging silhouette) of the man at fore and the horizon was perfectly level (off by the slightest degree), make this even better in my opinion. |

You talking to me?by jorrComment: Gave this a 7. Liked the composition and capture, especially of the 'see-through nostril and open beak'. Was just a bit dark overall in my opinion. |

Landscapeby skewsmeComment: Gave this a 6 - liked the concept. Couldn't tell during voting what this was, but hazarded a guess it was a rabbit - way off I see now from your comments. Not sure that many took the time to see the 'landscape'. It was mainly the blown areas and OOF nose at the fore that dominated the shot most in my opinion and why I didn't vote it higher. |

"Don't Move!"by CutterComment: Gave this an 8, excellent opportunity capture. Really liked the three subjects here; children, dolphin and birds - which all appear to be in good focus. |
