Rays of Lightby RikkiComment: 8 - Nice. Tweaking of the colors and 'rays' (somehow) and a more finely tuned crop, especially at the top, may have made this even better, in my opinion. |

Selfby KonadorComment: 8 - Nice portrait. Good clarity, especially in the eye. Skin & hair texture is good, toning works well. Good composition. |

Too Lateby cabaComment: 8 - Like this. Recall the discussions around the relative Challenge. Always saw this as more of a 'too early'. 'Works' as too late as well, but just looks and 'feels' like 'too early', in my opinion. More finely tuned crop at the bottom make this even better in my opinion. |

Welcome To My Lair!by browntComment: 9 - Up from 8. Very good composition and framing. Like the capture of the 'sensitivity strands' at work. Good coloring. The only major thing in my opinion that could make this even better is the focal depth, but: a) very difficult and b) 4 years ago = a bit of a moot point. Nice shot. |

Running Freeby loriprophotoComment: 8 - Very nice. Sure this size doesn't do it justice. Difficult (again re this size) but even more horizontal (tighter at the top) and, depending what you had to work with of course, a little more to the left and right incorporated - bringing in much more 'breadth', make this even better in my opinion. Just noticed the bridle on the left 'runner' - gives it a slightly different 'feel' overall, not better or worse, just 'different' - in my opinion. |

Fairiesby idnicComment: 8 - Nice setup and capture (or acting (especially of the 'blonde')). Keep wanting to see that ear 'pointed', but perhaps you cloned it out under advanced editing (kidding). |

Ground Control to Major Georgeby HawkeyeComment: 8 - Like this. Difficult, but an adjustment of the perspective 'somehow', trying to get the lines a little more balanced (horizon, fencing, satellite dishes) may have given this a bit more of an 'edge' and may have made this even better in my opinion. Depends what you had to work with too, of course. |

tulip forestby willemComment: 9 - Up from 8. Very nice. Slight variations in the framing (more vertical/narrow) and cropping (especially the sky left of center at the top) may make this even better (or just 'another' good shot/photograph), in my opinion. Good depth of field. |

Postcard from the Edgeby NeilComment: Hypothetically, I'd have likely given this a 7. Colors are nice and like the composition. Whilst difficult commenting on abstracts, the only two things that hold it back in my opinion are the slight beginnings of color clashing (just my opinion/taste) and the good old grain, especially in the darker areas. Looks like some type of green glass perhaps, or liquid of some description. |

Northern Harrierby MacDonaldComment: Wow.. good capture (obvious issues aside). That 'rodent' looks like it is still alive and the look on it's face.. the 'toes' all spread out, tail up in the air, looking down to the ground.. oh dear. |
