This Just Isn't Enough....by nards656Comment: I like the idea of this shot, but feel that it needs something else to stimulate me more. Technically, a very nice shot. Great clarity and focus. Nice positioning. Appeal, not a whole lot to me... - 6 - JB |

Seductionby AleciaComment: Excellent shot... she has a wicked look in her eyes! The B&W works EXCELLENT for this shot. Great job! This looks like it should be an ad... for some clothing company. - 10 - JB |

Pigging Out at the Ballparkby crabappl3Comment: Very nice candid shot. I think that a limited DOF would work really well for this photo... or maybe a gaussian blur for use outside of dpc. Good job! - JB |

Pride to some, Greed & Wrath to othersby indigo997Comment: Great shot. I love the intensity that you captured. What did you do to make him look right at you??? :) The photo is very well composed. You did a nice job of cropping him. He's in a good location, and none of his body is cut off through the crop. The angle that you took the shot at provides a nice background with some visuals... it looks like if you would have been more straight on for the shot, Bush would have blended right in with the background. Superb job - 10 - JB |

Use Once & Destroyby indigo997Comment: This shot makes me cringe! I hate needles :) I like how the needle is positioned so that you can see the text "Use Once And Destroy." I don't know if you arranged these at all, but the orange caps seem concentrated on the right portion of the shot, while the subject "use once and destroy" doesn't draw a lot of attention by itself at the bottom... but I guess at the same time, when you see the one at the bottom, you see the "subject also."? - JB |

Beauty and the Beastby nards656Comment: This is a neat concept and I applaud you for submitting it :) My only real gripe on the photo is the lack of focus on the flowers. It's... distracting to me. A different colored flower may have worked a little better, maybe yellow? I don't feel that it really contrasts enough with the red on the coke cup - 6 - JB |

The Tennesseeby indigo997Comment: I love the angle that you shot the bridge at. The bridge leads nicely to the edge of the frame. Excellent clarity/focus. The colors work very well together - very natural tones, and the lighting on the bridge really compliments the subject and enhances the reflections in the shot. - 8 - JB |

Digital Thinker (Hmm...Which One To Submit?)by GeneralEComment: I'm not sure if I get this photo. I'm not sure if the subject is reflecting back on the photo taking events of the week, or if the reflection is supposed to be the small amount of reflection in his eyes? I think a bit more could have been done with the lighting as well... - 5 - JB |

Now you see me....by ioComment: This is a good shot that meets the challenge well. I like how your finger appears to be pushing the light switch, but on the other side :) Nice composition. Not terribly exciting to me, but a good shot... - 8 - JB |

kaleidoscopicby KAOSComment: Is this truly made with a kaleidoscope? I'll assume that mirrors weren't used, for scoring purposes... I was trying this same idea with different objects, but couldn't get it to work as well as you did. I think you did a great job of capturing reflections, albeit an abstract. Nice colors... might be just a hair soft though? I would like to see an image like this crystal clear. Overall - 6 - JB |
