This is my fav of the submissions thus far! I'm not sure I feel about the gradation of light from right to left. I think it would have been a stronger composition with an even amount of light (like what's on the top left) across the entire frame. This photo screams great use of negative space - but they darkness on the right takes away from that negative space, IMO. -9 - JeB

Love the high key features of this shot - the iris and pupil are definitely the focal point in this photo. - 8 -JeB

Love the soft focus - the glow of this shot. Semi-circles and the main focal point circle work very well together. - 7 - JeB

Great capture - great clarity! I've not an expert on these shots - could the lightning have been improved to eliminate the shadows being cast?

I guess this is one instance that you wouldn't want to clone out the power lines? :) Neat tower! It seems to be cropped a bit tight on the right... Not affecting my scoring of it anyways, since I do not know the circumstances of your shot - but was it possible to get a more vertifical perspective of the tower, a bit more underneath it? - 6 - JeB

This shot works for me... but I think it would be a much stronger composition without the horizon visible. Maybe cropped a little higher on the bottom, and cropped a little tighter on the left would help retain the strength of the vertical crop? - 7 - JeB

Neat shot... I wish it wouldn't have caught as much motion blur as it did... or maybe a tighter verticaly crop would help draw me straight to the subject? - JB
