the edgeby ursulaComment: The water's rippling looks so soft and beautiful in this picture. The colors also go well, and the leading line of sand to the log is very, very good. The disturbances in the sand also seem natural, are are not so much that they throw the observer off. A really beautiful image. |

Shades of Magenta!by richabhatiaComment: The glare on the center bottle is a little distracting and a few of the other bottles could have been wiped off. I really would have liked to see more silver bottles so not everything is pink-purple. Then again, is the powder just reflecting? That is just a personal thought, that maybe if the bottle's tops and the tubes were silvery, they would stand out but not take away from the sight of the powder. I really like the image overall, though. |

Waterby ergatesComment: I really like the details in this image, how you can make out every little water speck, but it really seems noisy. When I say noisy, I mean you cannot see where the water has originated from, where it is, and you get this feeling of being lost within too much action. |

Blowby danderson107Comment: While this is a really nice photo--the contrast, the subject insinuated, the angle, the composition, etc.--the focus is not too close on the "granular" substance. It is a good image, just a little bit off focus of the challenge. Deserves an 8. |
