I really like this photo. I think the colour and composition are perfect. It doesnt quite meet the challenge for me though, as the number is only in your title and not in the image itself. But, I do like it a lot, so I gave it an 8 anyway.

There were a lot of entries like this one in the challenge, but I think you pulled it off the best. I like the expression on the boys face, and the tongue sticking out... it shows his determination in perfecting the lawn.
