I have enough problems taking shots of sunsets, let alone trying to take a photo of something in flight! I'm guessing that this was taken at a high ISO setting. There is a spot of noise apparent at the top of the photo, but I don't find that it detracts from the photo. You eye gets drawn to the duck, and it just leaves you in amazement. Well done!
